WELCOME LADY BOOMERS

Thank you for visiting this site, a place for Baby Boomer Women!

Just added on the career page, many links to help with that area of our lives.

Baby boomers are a huge group of people born between 1946 and 1964. There is a growing interest in us throughout this country and other parts of the world. It seems some worry a great deal about our impact on certain services like healthcare and Social Security and others are attempting to take advantage of the huge marketing possibilites baby boomers could offer. Baby boomer women are an especially important group as we are great in numbers and have amassed a large amount of wealth. Trends to market to us will most certainly be increasing as companies realize what buying power we have!

Tire Alert! Visit this url to find out how to check your tires for being old. They are very dangerous if they are real old. It should be illegal to sell old tires. It is easy to check when you know what to look for. http://abcnews.go.com/Video/playerIndex?id=4826897&affil=wfaa

There are some interesting statistics about Baby Boomers on the AARP website. I have joined AARP, it is very inexpensive and I love the magazine you get. There are interesting people and articles in it.

Over the coming weeks and months I plan to keep adding and updating information here. On the right I have a link to my email and would love to hear from any of you who are interested in seeing certain info and/or links from here. Your privacy is very important to me and it would never be shared with anyone.

I feel we are in an exciting time of our lives. Many of us are at our best and have a lot of life and adventure to live out for years to come. So let the fun begin!
