Have you heard of the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Rejuvenator? I use it 3 times a week. It makes your skin feel like baby skin. I had previously purchased the Neutrogena Advanced Solutions At Home MicroDermabrasion System. The machine is the same for both so you can get the heads for either without having to buy another machine.
